A garden on a slope is a challenge. With clever planning the designer took advantage of the elevation which was a perfect setting for stone walls and steps which can be viewed leading away from the house.

Central feature of this garden is the handmade stone ball. It sits on a plinth to make it look as it is floating above the planting.

Part of this garden design included the rebuilding of an historic wall in Farnham. The bricks were reclaimed and the wall rebuilt using lime mortar.
