Project Planning
Being the son of an draughtsman and a wonderful artist, I picked up the skill of design drawing.
It always gives me a great deal of satisfaction to draw up my designs in this manner. This enables details to be planned
off-site thus saving time on site.
Project Planning
Whether the project is small or large, it will need planning.Successful projects require co-ordination among Designers, Clients, Contractors, and Suppliers.
Some projects are made up of different elements, requiring a combination of varying skills and trades people being on site and all this requires co-ordination to ensure that the project stays on track.
Creating a project can sometimes be a challenge, but always a rewarding experience.
Construction Management
Communication is essential to ensure that every detail is covered. This way, you’ll have a complete understanding of what to expect and the costs involved. Client satisfaction is a top priority, and I like to ensure that the process as transparent as possible.
During a build it is not uncommon for elements to be revised and amendments to be made, sometimes these are unavoidable. It's important to ensure everyone involved is aware of any changes.
Giving the client the best service and the best product are the key elements to measuring a successful job.

For some projects, it can be more advantageous to construct a feature off-site and then transport the structure to the location for installation.
